Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every TumiFlow account, workspace, user, integration, automation, funnel, form, message, and AI-assisted action. Customers are responsible for their authorized users and for ensuring that their use complies with applicable law, provider rules, and recipient rights.

• Do not use TumiFlow for illegal activity, fraud, scams, money laundering, deceptive trade practices, or evasion of legal obligations.
• Do not impersonate another person or organization deceptively, falsify identity or payment information, or misrepresent affiliation.
• Do not submit false payment proofs or references or attempt to manipulate billing, refunds, eligibility, or subscription status.

• Do not send spam, unlawful bulk messages, phishing, deceptive promotions, or communications without required consent or a lawful basis.
• Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or abuse recipients.
• Do not misuse email, SMS, WhatsApp, calling, or other provider connections, and comply with each provider's acceptable-use and messaging rules.
• Honor applicable opt-out, unsubscribe, do-not-contact, and consent requirements.

• Do not distribute malware, ransomware, malicious code, or content designed to damage or monitor systems without authorization.
• Do not steal credentials, collect passwords deceptively, probe or access accounts, workspaces, data, or systems without permission, or facilitate such access.
• Do not bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, role permissions, workspace isolation, security controls, usage controls, subscription enforcement, payment review, or rate and resource protections.
• Do not conduct unauthorized scraping, scanning, testing, reverse engineering, or automated access that burdens the service or violates another party's terms.

• Do not upload, create, or distribute illegal content or content that infringes privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Do not collect or process sensitive or regulated information unless you have the authority, safeguards, and lawful basis required for that use.
• Do not use funnels, forms, notes, files, or messages to exploit people or facilitate harm.

• Do not use AI or automations to generate or scale fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal content, malware, discriminatory decisions, or deceptive communications.
• Review AI-generated content and automated actions before use where human review is appropriate.
• Do not present AI output as verified professional advice or as a human statement when doing so would be misleading or unsafe.
• Do not configure loops, excessive jobs, or resource-heavy processes intended to disrupt TumiFlow or connected providers.

TumiFlow may investigate suspected abuse and restrict messages, automations, integrations, workspace operations, or account access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, providers, users, recipients, or the public. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination, preservation of relevant records, and reports to providers or authorities where appropriate or legally required.

Enforcement will be subject to applicable law. To report abuse, contact tumiflow.support@gmail.com with enough information to evaluate the report.

TumiFlow may update this Policy as features, provider rules, threats, or laws change. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
